Course description

UHD video and displays have been with us for almost a decade. You may already be familiar with some of the basic terminology, but do you understand the details? This course will first show you what UHD is, what it isn’t, and what video and audio enhancements it brings to the table. Then we’ll walk you through the “big picture,” describing the general architecture used to acquire, convert, format, distribute, and display UHD content. And UHD is ever-changing, so we’ll also give you a look at what the future holds in store for the next-generation of television.
